Economics For Leaders program
Academically demanding by nature, Economics for Leaders helped me identify my personality type and enhanced my leadership skills. Additionally, it bolstered my desire to pursue economics in the future because I participated in the course during my sophomore year even though I did not fully comprehend economics as a subject then.
National Cadet Corps
I was able to develop unity and discipline through the National Cadet Corps, the largest uniformed organisation in India that has been in existence since India's independence. I also learned the Indian Navy curriculum and was able to pass the "A" Certificate exam for it with the highest score possible, in addition to having exceptional knowledge of current events, drill, and ship modelling.
“Essentials of COVID” program
I believed that given the unprecedented COVID-19 outbreaks, it was imperative to be fully informed about the virus, its varieties, and most importantly, all of its symptoms, causes, safety measures, and treatments. After finishing multiple modules and attempting to apply the material to a real-life scenario, I was able to pass the final exam and earned the title of "Certified COVID-19 Essentials Trainee," by the Government of India with the intention of sharing this knowledge with those in my immediate vicinity.
Yale Young Global Scholars
As one of the most distinctive programmes that fosters a sense of diversity and inclusion, Yale Young Global Scholars' summer programme was truly the experience of a lifetime for me as a junior in the Politics, Law, and Economics Program. It gave me insight into the curriculum as an international student trying to discover more both academically and co-curriculars.
Pracheen kala kendra
As someone who has always had a strong affinity for dancing as well as for my Indian culture and heritage, I advanced in the field by performing the Kathak Dance, which was invented in the Northern region of India, and by earning a degree in it from Pracheen Kala Kendra, a reputable institution in the field.
